    Integration therapy is the cooperation with parents and fulfillment of the therapist s recommendations at home Therapy is is available for a fee paid in advance before the first session for a specific number of classes You can purchase 5 or 10 sessions Before therapy begins it is important that the child wears clothes that allows for free movement during therapy Children staff and guests must remove their shoes when entering the clinical rooms The parent guardian is obliged to bring and pick up the child at specified times Every therapeutic session has a set date and time reserved for a given child If a child is attending fewer than 80 of their scheduled therapies the child may lose their current time slot to another child We require that any cancellations be made at least 24 hours before a scheduled appointment If you fail to give this notice a cancellation fee resulting in a fee of 50 of the paid fee to be charged to you after a one time warning It is understood that there are emergency situations and sicknesses that will occur and this will be handled on a case by case basis If a child is attending fewer than 80 of their scheduled sessions a new therapy time may need to be arranged The fee for the session that has not been cancelled but was not attended in nonreturnable If you cancel an appointment it must be rescheduled to take place within the following 30 days If it is not rescheduled within that time period you will lose that session s payment Sensory Kids will work with you to find an appropriate time We do not want to see any child miss therapeutic opportunities Payments Payments for Sensory Kids services can be made online through Bank of
