  • Generate Financial Projections

    About Us Officers Board Working Groups Institute History Our Ethos News Events Annual Medal Award ICMCI Contact Us Member Login Forget Password Member Login Enter the email address of your account below to receive your password Briefing New Corporate Governance Code The IMCA briefing event on the new Code of Practice for corporate governance assessments SWiFT 3000 2010 held on September 7th at the IPA Lansdowne Road Dublin 4 was of significant interest to consultants The code facilitates the external assessment of the corporate governance of Boards by providing a standard framework for assessment Independent assessors will need to a meet criteria specified in NSAI SWiFT 3000 Annex C and b complete a three day programme on corporate governance The session was delivered by David Duffy of Prospectus who has extensive experience in completing governance reviews for public and private sector organisations He is a member of the IOD and was President of IMCA in 1992 and 2007 He is author of The Management of Management A Practical Guide to Corporate Governance published in 2004 This is one of a series of briefing events to help members of IMCA address key business issues A copy of the presentation made can
