    Events Blog Gallery Newsletter Vacancies Home About IASE Vacancies National Co ordinator IASE Irish Association of Supported Employment believes that everyone should experience the dignity and purpose of a job the association works to inspire organisations to transform people s lives through supported employment The organisation is currently recruiting for the position of National Co ordinator Description Reporting to the Chairperson and the voluntary management committee the National Co ordinator will have responsibility for managing the implementation and delivery of the organisations strategy The National Co ordinator will be responsible for financial planning project development and delivery policy HR governance PR communications and events management This is a varied role for a suitably experienced professional The role will cover multiple locations nationally and therefore would suit a versatile individual who is familiar with remote management lines and working within a flexible environment Key areas of expertise The successful candidate must hold a relevant third level qualification to degree level with experience and expertise in community development financial management and securing funding corporate social responsibility employment law human resource development and the disability sector in Ireland The candidate must have a proven track record of working on their own initiative with excellent negotiation and communication skills Requirements Relevant 3rd level qualification 3 4 year s relevant experience in a programme co ordinator s role Experience in coordinating programmes and liaising with 3rd party providers Excellent project management skills Excellent IT skills This post will be a 37 5 hour week The salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience and will be no less than 35 321 The employment contract for the position will be for 18 months fixed term A three month probation period will apply Informal enquires or further information contact IASE Chairperson Greg Barry at 087 7988045 Applications

    for Diversity Next Step Working A Way Trail Blazers Governance Company Profile Directors Patrons Annual Accounts Strategic Plans Complaints Procedures Contact Us News News updates Events Blog Gallery Newsletter Toolkit for Diversity Home IASE Projects Toolkit for Diversity Toolkit for Diversity Pictured left to right Greg Barry Manager Employability Mayo Sarah Togher IASE Colette Corless Employability Mayo Geraldine Glendon Department of Social Protection Sophie Wedier IASE Dolores McNicholas Mayo North East and Dermot Cunningham EUSE Council Member The EUSE Toolkit for Diversity project was a two year project to further develop the supported employment model by exploring its relevance assisting other marginalised groups such as early school leavers individuals in recovery from substance misuse and offenders ex prisoners European Union of Supported Employment EUSE Toolkit for Diversity was funded by the Leonardo de Vinci Transfer of Innovation Programme The project is building on the already successful EUSE Supported Employment Toolkit developed by EUSE in 2007 The toolkit consists of a range of position papers and how to guides designed to increase the knowledge and skills of professionals responsible for the delivery of employment services and supported employment Speaking at the project closing ceremony event Dermot Cunningham EUSE Council member said This project is about developing and progressing support employment for disadvantaged groups taking away that fear factor for employers and supporting individuals taking on a new challenge everyone can make a contribution and should have the support they require to have the independence to find secure and keep a job The EUSET Diversity project partners are Northern Ireland Union of Supported Employment lead partner Dachverband berufliche Integration Österreich Austria Rytmus Czech Republic Kiipulan Finland Theotokos Foundation Greece Irish Association of Supported Employment Ireland Skinner Cooperativa Sociale Italy Associacao Portuguesa de Emprego Apoiado Portugal Asociacion Espanola de Empleo con Apoyo Spain
