    all known potential unsecured creditors beginning next week and this should take a week to complete 4 How long have unsecured creditors been given to respond Unsecured creditors will be given six months from the date of the SLs advertisement to respond in writing with details of their claim to the Special Liquidators The Irish ads will be placed on Tuesday 30 th September requesting claims to be submitted by 10 30am on 31 March 2015 a period of 6 months 5 What do the unsecured creditors need to send back to the Special Liquidator All unsecured creditors must make a claim in writing and must provide backup in support of their claim This should include their name and address and the amount of their claim For trade and professional creditors this would take the form of a statement and invoices and any other backup information that is available For uncashed cheques the cheque or bank draft should be sent to the SL 6 What happens when the claim is submitted The claim will be reviewed by the SL team and will be verified by IBRC staff The backup documentation for all claims will be reviewed and the SL team will attempt to verify it If there is additional information required the SL will revert back to the creditor with their query 7 When do the SLs expect to announce the commencement date for payments of any claims submitted by unsecured creditors The SLs will not know until all the assets of the company have been realised There is no current timeframe for the determination of the financial position of IBRC but the realisation of the assets is ongoing The SLs will communicate with unsecured creditors when the outcome is known and a distribution is being made 8 How much

    dissatisfied with the outcome of our efforts to resolve their complaint the matter will be raised with a senior manager in IBRC in Special Liquidation Identification of a customer complaint A customer complaint refers to an expression of grievance or dissatisfaction by a consumer either orally or in writing in connection with a the provision or the offer of the provision of a product or service to a consumer by IBRC in Special Liquidation or b the failure or refusal of IBRC in Special Liquidation to provide a product or service to a consumer Complaints may be raised by a customer in writing by phone in a face to face meeting or by a third party acting for that customer intermediary legal representative or regulatory body Customer Complaints Procedure Step 1 Any complaint raised is recorded and documented in full and by category on the company s complaints recording systems Step 2 The relevant manager is immediately notified of your complaint Step 3 Acknowledgement of this complaint is then communicated to you in writing or another durable medium within five business days of being received should it not be otherwise resolved This acknowledgment will also include the name of the person s appointed to handle your complaint This person will act as your point of contact in relation to the complaint Step 4 If your complaint has not been resolved following immediate contact with you as per Step 3 above the complaint is then actively investigated and a comprehensive response or update is sent to you within twenty working days of receipt of the complaint Step 5 Any subsequent or follow up enquiries received will continue to be dealt with by the person appointed to look after your complaint until we issue the results of our investigation Step 6 We
