    copy of an original Apostilled Authenticated The Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade confirms that the signature seal or stamp on the document issued in Ireland is genuine Requirements for Irish Certificates Certificates must either be an original or a certified copy issued by the issuer or a certified copy notarised by a Notary Public or Solicitor in Ireland Certificates must be apostilled authenticated stamped by the Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade DFAT which our Chamber can arrange if necessary This service takes approximately 48 hours If this is being arranged by the applicant please ensure that the DFAT stamp is valid for at least 6 months for the UAE only and that Certificates are authenticated not apostilled For Powers of Attorney we require the name and address of the organisation for which the Certificate is required Certificates when stamped by DFAT should be sent to the AICC where they will be certified and then sent to the relevant Embassy in Dublin or London for legalisation Translation Some employers may ask for Certificates to be translated to Arabic which the Chamber can undertake If this is a requirement please ring the Chamber directly on 01 662 4451 662 1577 or email info aicc ie and we will let you know how best to deal with this request Certificates are returned directly to the client in Ireland by Swift Post or can be collected from the AICC If a problem should arise with the delivery of a swift letter please contact the Chamber and we will provide you with your tracking number to facilitate follow up We do not send documents by registered post to the Arab countries only courier services are used Embassy Requirements Oman Any personal Certificates which originate from an Irish institution and which bear the Apostille
