    and French with an English translation Certificate of Origin Instructions for the completion of the AICC Certificate of Origin are printed on the reverse of the blue application section of the Certificate of Origin Certification will not be carried out unless the complete 3 part set is submitted The documents submitted must not contain erasures or superimposed corrections Tipp Ex The Certificate of Origin set must be completed in typescript each copy in an identical manner please see below for our template The documents submitted must not contain erasures or superimposed corrections Tipp Ex Original is certified and or legalised Application copy is returned with the original Control copy is retained by the AICC Application and control copies must be dated and signed in boxes 8 and 9 The consignor exporter in box 1 must be an Irish registered company within the 26 counties If the exporter is an Irish company exporting on behalf of another Irish or foreign company the exporting Irish company s name and address must be listed stating that the export is on behalf of exporting company s name and address The consignor exporter details must match on all documentation The full name and address of the manufacturer s must be included in box 6 and must match box 5 Any components or raw materials must be treated in the same manner All boxes with the exception of box 4 which is optional must be completed Every Certificate of Origin must be accompanied by an original signed invoice with the exception of Libya which will accept a photocopy invoice Official copies of the Certificate of Origin are issued by the AICC photocopies cannot be certified Some local chambers supply copy Certificates of Origin Downloads TEMPLATE FOR CERTOF ORIGIN doc Certificate of Origin Sample pdf AICC CreditCardAuth pdf Obtaining a blank A ICC Certificate of Origin Members Blank Certificates of Origin can be purchased directly from the AICC at a cost of 2 per Certificate Non members Certificates of Origin can be purchased directly from your local Chamber of Commerce All documents must be stamped by your local Chamber before submitting to the AICC Invoice certification Invoices should be originals and signed by an authorised signatory Scanned signatures are not accepted The full name and address of the Arab consignee at the final destination should appear on the invoice This should match box 2 on the Certificate of Origin Invoices must show currency and a value even if the value is for customs purposes only Some countries require a statement on invoices Please check individual country page requirements Other documents Health Radiation and Halal Certificates and Packing Lists which accompany a Certificate of Origin and Invoice must be originally signed by the issuer All details must match throughout all documents All other documents must be originals If not then the copy submitted must be stamped and signed by either the Issuing Authority or by a notary public and state This copy is a true copy of the

    Libya Passport Translation eCertification Tradecert Username Password eCertification facilitates certification of the Certificate of Origin invoice and packing list electronically for members only We hope to provide eCertification and legalisation soon for non members Using eCertification you can apply online for certification or legalisation of an Arab Certificate of Origin Simply login using the details provided by email after registration then apply for a AICC Certificate of Origin or certification legalisation of export documention Once the A ICC receives your online application it will be stamped and signed The online service is available for certification only or certification and legalisation eCertification Registration 1 Complete the attached form 2 Scan and email to support tradecert com or fax to 01 686 5466 Your login details will be sent to you by email How to us e Register for TradeCert by completing the attached Please either fax a signed copy to 01 686 5466 or scan and email to support tradecert com You will then be emailed your eCertification login details Once registered 1 Logon to Trade Cert website box at top of page 2 Apply online Certification only 3 AICC approves and certifies the application online 4 Confirmation email is sent
